Rose Automotive employs ASE Certified technicians.
Everyone here is trained and has many years experience servicing all makes and models. Our shop has full computer
access to factory service and repair procedures as well as Factory Recall and Technical
Service Bulletins. Our management software electronically files your vehicles service history, which you
may view at any time. And our service software has access to your specific vehicles factory scheduled maintenance.
Rose Automotive does not claim to be a bumper to bumper shop. You should
be wary of shops that claim they do it all. The reality is that most shops can't do it all, at least not expertly.
The cost to employ all the qualified technicians and purchasing all the equipment necessary to professionally perform every
service and repair would be astronomical.
We claim to be your daily care shop. We liken ourselves to your family doctor. You visit him a couple
times a year for check-ups [maintenance] and when you don't feel well [break down] you see him first. He has your
medical history [service history] and knows about your particular medical issues [mechanical condition]. Most times
you are cared for in his office [the shop], but on some severe occasions you are referred to a specialist [the dealer or specialty
shop]. Our job is to care for your car day to day and provide you with appropriate repair or service recommendations
based on your needs.
